paper flowers.

it's that time again for this week's Christmas card challenge.  i've got to admit that i'm so excited for Christmas this year, but i'm not sure why.  i think last year i was so overwhelmed with our wedding and all the planning that went into it that i was burnt out by Halloween (which is my favorite holiday! boo, i know.).  but this year it's been different.  i'm settling into a rhythm around here, so there's lots of time to craft now.  this week's focus was Rolled Paper Flowers.  i've never used these before, so it was a blast making them and adding a few to the card i came up with.

my lovely friend Pat gave me this image, so not sure where it's from.  once again i used my EP stash of paper, but otherwise i kept this card very simple in terms of embellishments.  funny side note... i sent a picture text to my best friend and she loved it so much that she's already called dibs on it.

see ya soon!
