cupcake anyone + a few pictures from our weekend....

i am in LOVE with cupcakes!  they are tasty, small, topped with yummy frosting and totally portable....what more could you ask for in a dessert?!

Chris' cousin-in-law's birthday was last week and this is the card i made for her.  we drove up to Las Vegas on Saturday night to join his family for dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel.  i LOVE Prime Rib but this one was a little...umm...undercooked for my taste but everything else was super tasty!

Bellagio Hotel water show

i was shocked that my NEW camera took such amazing shots!  it's been a few years since i've seen the water show at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino.  i was just elated with joy over how beautiful and breathtaking the show is after all these years.  since this was a super short trip for us, i didn't really take very many pictures.  what did everyone think of RHONJ finally?  i was excited to see Caroline take-on Danielle .  i'm hoping these great group of gals will be back for Season 3!  only 2 more episodes of True Blood.....
